I have over 25 years experience in personal injury claims and have always acted for victims of accidents. I understand the difficulties faced by people whose lives have been changed through no fault of their own.

My vast experience of handling cases ranges from low value to complex high value matters.

I regularly deal with road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, industrial disease and oil worker cases worldwide. I have represented victims of 15 air disasters.

Currently I am working with an environmental team of lawyers in the UK and the USA, advising on Scots law applicable to claims against whisky distillers for property damage caused to houses located in the vicinity of whisky bonds.

I am also advising a number of families about eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare. This is a package of continuing healthcare provided and solely funded by the NHS. Eligibility is based on clinical needs and if the person is found to be eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare all care home fees are paid by the local health authority.

We know no two personal injury claims are the same as people are affected in different ways.

We listen to your story and support you through the whole claims process.

Our experience and sensitive approach means we are able to deal with your case effectively and efficiently to ensure you receive the maximum compensation claim you are entitled to.

From slips and trips to highly complex cases we deal with all types of personal injury claims.

In the last 12 months we have recovered more than £20m in damages for our clients.

In appropriate cases we offer a no win no fee service.
