Michael McLachlan has argued before the United States Supreme Court and earned the highest professional accolades and recognitions in the legal profession, including the distinguished honor of being named in “The Best Lawyers in America” for Personal Injury for the previous 10 years.

Michael is also a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, has been recognized as a Master Advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, served as a Member of the Colorado Supreme Court Grievance Committee from 1988-1993, and formerly served as the Solicitor General for the State of Colorado.

Mr. McLachlan has extensive jury trial experience. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates(ABOTA) as he has tried in excess of 50 civil jury trials to a verdict.
